Upon purchasing an MRT test, you will receive a test kit along with instructions. The test requires a blood draw. It is your responsibility to complete the blood draw and return the sample to the lab in the appropriate time window. Elimè is not liable for delayed shipments, incomplete tests, or tests invalidated due to improper sample handling.
Due to the nature of diagnostic testing, all sales are final. Once the kit has shipped, refunds are not permitted. If your kit is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
