Returns Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At Elimè, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness tools through our MRT test kits. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review the full policy below before making your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because MRT test kits are made to order and include time-sensitive lab components, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your MRT kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable). We will work with our lab partner, Oxford Biomedical Technologies, to evaluate and resolve the issue.


3. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipment may require a new order.


4. Blood Draw Responsibility

Once you receive your kit, it is your responsibility to schedule your blood draw and return the sample to the lab according to the enclosed instructions. Unreturned kits or expired samples are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, orders are submitted to the lab for processing and cannot be canceled or refunded.
