Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elimè. Below is our Shipping Policy outlining how your MRT test kit will be delivered.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted to our lab partner, Oxford Biomedical Technologies, for fulfillment.


2. Shipping Method and Cost

All MRT test kits are dropshipped directly from Oxford Biomedical Technologies via FedEx.
Shipping is free — there is no additional cost to you.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states, excluding NeywYork State
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your kit ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Elimè is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [insert support email]. We will work with Oxford Biomedical to resolve the issue and, if applicable, request a replacement kit.


6. Returns and Undeliverable Kits

Because kits are made to order, all sales are final. Kits returned as undeliverable will not be reshipped without a new order and may require additional steps for reprocessing. No refunds will be issued for undelivered or unclaimed kits.


7. Sample Collection Responsibility

Once you receive your test kit, you are responsible for completing your blood draw and returning the sample to the lab following the included instructions. Elimè is not responsible for delays or errors in sample collection or return shipping.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase. Once your kit has been submitted to Oxford Biomedical for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
